To speak of Accessibility Web is to speak of a universal access to the Web, independently of the type of hardware, software, infrastructure of network, language, culture, geographic location and capacities of the users.

The main idea is in independently making the most accessible Web for all the users of the circumstances and the devices involved at the time of acceding to the information. Starting off of this idea, an accessible page will be it as much for a person with discapacidad, like for any other person who is under external circumstances that they make difficult his access to the information (in case of external noises, situations where our visual and auditory attention is not available, etc.)

In order to fulfill these objectives the Ministry of Public Administrations, by means of resolution of 9 of March of 2005, it approved Gui'a for the edition and publication of pages Web in the General Administration of the State, that the AECID takes like reference with the purpose of making their page more accessible Web, agile and useful for all the people without distinction.
